Your responsibilities

  • Actively source new products and suppliers from European and Chinese markets
  • Run market research: demand, competition, seasonality and sales potential
  • Vet suppliers and products for quality, risk and commercial terms
  • Negotiate and maintain day-to-day communication with partners (email / online)
  • Analyze offers for margin, total cost, lead time and launch profitability
  • Prepare buying recommendations based on sales and market data
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics and marketplace teams when introducing new SKUs
  • Improve the sourcing process with data, automation and AI-assisted workflows

What we look for

  • Experience in sourcing, purchasing or launching products for online sales
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Allegro, Amazon, Shopify or similar)
  • Ability to assess product potential: demand, margin, competition, seasonality
  • Strong data skills (Excel / Google Sheets) including cost and margin calculations
  • Clear communication and confidence working with international suppliers
  • English suitable for daily business communication
  • Chinese market knowledge or another European language is a plus
  • Ownership mindset, proactivity and results orientation
